Characteristics of PET (polyester) sheet: Thermoplastic eco-friendly plastic product, odorless and tasteless after burning, and do not generate toxic gas. High tran***rency, no ripple on the surface, no crystal point, undirected and without crease and fold; strong oil resistance and chemical property; strong toughness and rigidity and excellent shock resistance (good i***ct strength at low temperature, about 20% higher than PVC). Specific gravity: 1.335.
II. Type and Application Field of PET Sheet:
1. The reel sheets in different widths and thicknesses, apply to folding boxes, skin packing, printing, blanks, etc.
2. Specifications of PET flat sheets, apply to screen printing, and box folding (no crease and fold in two ways) after printing.
3. PET sheets for special purposes: Antistatic single-sided or double-sided PE protective diaphragms and color sheets (produce by customer demands), apply to packaging of blister, cosmetics, food, toys, printing, etc.
III. It can provide specifications of PVC flat sheets, lamination sheets, color films, PP, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE and ABS sheets and plates. They are suitable for packaging of food, clothing, medicine, electronics, automobiles, etc. Product specification: Thickness 0.2mm-0.80mm, width150mm-1,300mm.
IV. The annual capacity of sheets and plates is 6,000 tons, and that of other materials is 40,000 tons.
